1. S.U.G.A.R. (Sophisticated Unique Girls W/ Aspiration and Respect)
SUGAR is a female teen pregnancy prevention program that offers at-risk females one-on-one mentoring as well as group mentoring, fine arts, community service as well as leadership training. Currently, this program meets once a month. The target age group is 12-24 years old. The goal of This program is to run all year round at multiple local recreation centers.

2. I..C.E (Intellectual Charismatic Elites)
 ICE is a male gang/pregnancy prevention program that offers at-risk males one-on-one mentoring as well as group mentoring, fine arts, community service as well as leadership training. Currently, this program meets once a month. The target age group is 1-24 years old. The goal of This program is to run all year round at multiple local recreation centers.

3. E.Y.E. (Elders You Empower)
EYE is an adult program that offers charitable services to adults ages 18-99 years of age. Most of our parents benefit from this program. This program offers job readiness training, community resources, and referrals, entrepreneur explorations, as well as one on one and group mentoring. Currently, the group meets at least once a month. This program's goal is to be able to provide services to the family’s fulltime all year around.

4. C.O.E. (College of Enlightenment)
COE is a collegiate chapter of college students that receive services through EYE but also work in our organization mentoring our youth, collaborating on community service projects, and coordinating college events. The goal of this program is to establish other college chapters throughout the world!

5. H.S.U. (High School University)
HSU is a high school dropout prevention program for high school students. This program offers tutoring services, community referrals, college tours, college applications, financial aid, and scholarship assistance as well as individual and group mentoring. This program meets at least once a month. The goal of this program is to be able to offer services to more students who are suffering in high school on a consistent basis.

6. M.S.U. (Middle School University)
MSU is a middle school outreach program for middle school students. This program offers tutoring services, community referrals, college tours, college applications, financial aid, and scholarship assistance as well as individual and group mentoring. This program meets at least once a month. The goal of this program is to be able to offer services to more students who are suffering in middle school on a consistent basis.

7. P.S. Our Children (Proactively Saving Our Children)
PSOC is a children’s outreach program for children ages 0-12 years of age. This program offers tutoring, mentoring, fine arts, academic enrichment, and community resources. The goal of this program is to begin mentoring with students early in order to correct issues and help save their lives.

8. Fine Arts
The Fine Arts is a program that engages all of the members of STARS and the community. The program coordinates different showcases and events for the community to enjoy. Fine Arts is a program that works with any participant that displays or expresses a talent. The goal of this program is to be very active in the community and allow people with talents the opportunity to display their talents.

9. Press & Publicity
Press & Publicity is a program that trains individuals on how to properly speak in public, creates newsletters, blogs, and press releases. This program also oversees the organization's website and all social media pages. The goal of this program is to get more youth involved in writing and person to person communication.

10. Political Action
Political Action is a program that is offered to youth 18 and up. This program gets involved in the campaign to get the people to vote. This program does not support anyone's politics. The goal of the program is to get youth engaged with the importance of voting at an early age.

11. Athletes In Action
Athletes In Action is a multiple sports program. The program offers services to any individual that has a goal or passion for sports. This program offers assistance with the NCAA registration for High school students who plan to pay in college. This program puts on an annual basketball tournament for the community. The goal of this program is to get more youth involved in playing sports and offer more sports events and services.

12. Health
Health is a program that provides health awareness to the community. This program puts on health fairs in the community. The program's goal is to partner with more health organizations and have more workshops on different important health topics.

13. Leadership Development
Leadership Development is a 6-week program that all members are allowed to take. This program offers training in leadership. The program also offers self-empowerment. The goal of this program is to train more youth with the skills of leadership.

14. Job/ Career Development
Career Development is a program that offers job-seeking skills such as resume, cover letter, and interviewing training. This program offers referrals to open positions. The goal of this program is to successfully help more people prepare and find jobs.

15. Entrepreneurs Are Us
Entrepreneurs Are Us is a program that focuses on individuals and or families that have a dream or passion for business. This program offers step-by-step assistance with the development of one’s business. This program has a host of resources in order to successfully help upcoming entrepreneurs. The goal of this program is to be able to help more people become educated about being an entrepreneur.

16. Peer Mediation
Peer Mediation is a program that helps peers overcome their differences with their peers as well as family. The program's goal is to create training to train more youth to become peer mediators.

17. Mentoring
Mentoring is a program that provides mentoring to the community. The program offers one on one mentoring as well as group mentoring. The goal of this program is to provide mentoring to students in schools and local community centers that need a mentor.

18. Movement By Faith Ministries
Movement By Faith Ministries is a spiritual outreach that provides a place of hope. The outreach meets once a week to fellowship and has a bible study. The goal of this outreach is to create a church that provides multiple services to the needy in our community.

19. Greek Ambassadors
Greek Ambassadors is a united combination of several fraternities and sororities that come together to put on community events, outreaches, educational, and many other services to the community. The goal of this program is to reach back and support the younger generation and to bring education to the community about the awesome positive things that greek life provides to the community.

20. Armed Service Outreach
Armed Service outreach provides services to the military community. The goal of this is to ensure that we have multiple resources to help of the military community and their families.

21. Community Outreach, Service and Enhancements
is an outreach that is a combination of many programs, resources, partnerships, and services all in one. The goal of this program is to build a place of hope facility that provides all the services STARS CDC has to provide. This facility would be a two-story community recreation facility that would have an area for every department and program within the corporation.

22. Parent Outreach
Parent outreach provides support to needy parents, single parents, and guardians with a host of services and referrals. The program provides baby showers to needy mothers who not otherwise have a baby shower nor the necessities for their baby. The goal of this outreach is to provide more dependable services to our needy families in our community.

23. Parent and Community Center
this program provides community resources to parents right at their child’s school. The goal of this program is to place parent community resource centers in all schools.

24. Economic Empowerment
is a program that provides financial literacy to individuals ages 5 and up. This program is filled with resources and services for individuals who want to experience economic empowerment. The goal of this program is to assist the community to be empowered economically.

25. Resource Center
is a community outreach of a combination of services and programs. The programs provide resources to food pantries, rental assistance, medical services, and much more. The goal of this program is to be able to offer these services from STARS to increase the resources for our needy families and our community. Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Youth Program Purpose The Youth Program was designed to meet the needs of at-risk and out-of-school farmworker youth through the provision of comprehensive services that will enhance basic education, occupational, and life skills. The program included youths ranging from 14 to 21-year-old farmworkers and children of Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker parents, as defined in Section 167 of The Workforce Investment Act. As of 2003, there were 12 organizations who received grants ranging from $200,000 to $2 million, for a total of $10 million. The MSFW Youth Program expired on December 31st, 2004 Program Description The activities and services included self and interpersonal skills development, community service projects, basic skills, drop-out prevention, study skills training and tutoring, and work readiness or occupational skills, as needed. Additional services included individual employment plans, on-the-job training, entrepreneurial training, and adult mentoring, just to name a few. In addition, support services were provided to ensure that youth were able to participate in activities. These included transportation, medical assistance, daycare for their children, clothing, and nutritional needs.
